Yoga acts in a wholesome manner on the various body parts.I myself started practising yoga and feel bit relieved of backpain complaint.
It is not at all necessary to go to gym regularly and build body like Arnold.But it is must to do some simple exercise to stretch all our body muscles.
It is a common statement now that we need to avoid junk food.We are following a sine wave pattern to jump from fruits and healthy things to all man made chemical food.Now after all the ill effects we are back in the arms of nature to rescue us.
A section of people argue fruits and vegetables are also grown using chemicals.All our agriculture system has to be modified but anyway it causes less harm than our famous fries and burgers.

Ways to Healthy Life
The world runs by appearances and advertisements.Thats why Mcdys,Pizza huts and many other food joints spend a lot to pull the crowd and they are even successful to a great extent.
Now in lot of develpoed countries the number of obese people are increasing alarmingly due to bad food habits and lack of exercises.In UK government’s Health Department is paying to the children if they come to school by walk.Such is the state of obesity.
Now even in India slowly obese people are increasing in number.Few would argue that diet control is for older people.It is not so.For the children we have to start from their age with good food habits and exercises.
We should include fruits,vegetables, Pulses and all other such healthy ingriedients.

We have been using turmeric with our food.Thanks to our ancients who discovered the amazing nature of all the herbs and made them as a part of our daily food.So we need to start using ginger,garlic,turmeric,pepper and many such medicinal items along with our food daily instead of using them during sickness.
